I’ve been sick for three or four days, I’ve puked here and there and have no appetite- it’s been great. This is just the jump start I needed on some more weight loss, and I’m so excited about it. Once I’m feeling better I’ll start at the gym again. I’ve been working 40-50+ hrs a week, which has been hard, but also nice. Not only don’t I have much time to eat or think about food, but no one is keeping track of whether or not I’m eating either.
